Tivoli La Caleta Resort

We really enjoy our stay at Tivoli. Our room Premium Double with Partial Ocean view was spacious and comfortable with the big balcony. It was ocean front, but on the 3rd floor, still the view was amazing. The breakfast is great and varied. SEEN restaurant is something special with a great view. Around the hotel it is quite calm area, which we enjoy. 15 mins away there is a nice village - La Caleta with a few restaurants with a spectacular view (better reserve in advance). We stayed at Tivoli La Caleta for 12 nights, and we had a fantastic experience! The property is completely renovated, everything is new, sparkling clean and beautiful. The property itself is admirable. It's almost like a little tropical garden within and all around the buildings. I really liked how they kept and maintained a lot of greenery and nature. Unlike the rest of the South, this area is quieter, and the resort itself offers a nice, laid back, tranquil and relaxed vibe, which we loved. They had a very tasteful selection of entertainment on some of the days, but very unobtrusive and pleasant. There are multiple restaurants and a beach club at the property. They are all very well managed and offer a good variety of food and drinks. All the pools were very clean and heated. The personnel was very nice, and everyone was always ready to help with anything. We felt really safe and in good hands the whole stay. They would go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. There were a few tiny hiccups we noticed in the consistency of the service from time to time, but that is in no way to say that they did anything less but a fantastic job. They are simply humans and working hard! I have rarely seen Guest Relations work so well at any property and actually be close to all guests, genuinely caring and listening. The breakfast experience was also very impressive, especially with how busy the restaurant was at breakfast, and they still managed to offer an excellent breakfast along with sufficient attention by the personnel. Kudos to the whole team at Tivoli La Caleta, I hope they keep it up and till next time! 👏

Christine, Concierge was particularly welcoming, pleasant and very helpful on arrival. Alex, SEEN Beach Club (Restaurant Manager) helped us choose an excellent supper on our first night and recommended the wine too. The food & wine were superb. The service was excellent and the night was a great success mostly thanks to Alex and his team. Micheal and Wendy, were equally attentive at the Guilty Pool Bar…Nice range of cocktails and prompt service. Broad range of breakfast options and the service during breakfast, was very good. Great range of Non Dairy options. The Adult Pool was very clean…but the loungers and umbrellas were too heavy for the ladies to move without asking for help. Spa & Hair Salon, Hair by Mila, very good. Housekeeping in the rooms was excellent! Beds very comfy, great linen and spotlessly clean. Shower power awesome!! Mini Bar well stocked. WiFi excellent. A really clever hotel.

We opted for an Ocean View Room and were not disappointed. The room itself was very well appointed, spacious and complete with a stunning balcony view. Breakfast was excellent. Special mention to every member of staff, who were - without exception - outstanding in every respect. Perfect for a week of winter sun if you are looking for a quieter and more refined type of establishment. The hotel is in easy walking distance of a good choice of restaurants in La Caleta. You can also turn left at the back entrance if you are looking for the more livelier parts of Adeje/Las Americas, if that is your taste. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely return/recommend.
